Overview
VIVRA partnered with us to bring to life their Cruise 2025 lookbook — a series rooted in escapism, textured nostalgia, and cinematic silhouettes. Our aim was to design an immersive digital narrative that moved like a film: slow, deliberate, and emotionally resonant, echoing the romantic fluidity of the collection.
The Challenge
Cruise collections walk the line between seasons. VIVRA needed a digital space that captured this in-betweenness — moody yet fresh, timeless yet current. A lookbook that didn’t just showcase clothes but told a story of escape.
The Approach
We imagined the site like a short film — with visual pacing, shadows, and stillness. The collection was revealed through a cinematic sequence that allowed each piece to unfold within context and memory.
Key focuses included:
High-contrast, dusky lighting to echo twilight on the water.
Scroll-triggered motion effects that mimicked waves and passing moments.
Split-screen layouts that juxtaposed environment with garment.
A curated soundtrack of ambient chords to deepen emotional tone.
